Can I create my own spa party package
for my guests and me?
Yes. Packages can be tailored to meet your needs. We can help you coordinate
your party and provide you with a schedule for the event.
What do I tip?
There is an 18% gratuity added to each spa service. Additional tips can
be given at your discretion.
What should I wear? The age old question! Whatever you are comfortable in is the best choice. A robe is the simplest and most comfortable way to transition from one body treatment to the next.
Proper athletic clothing and footwear should be worn for comfort and safety during all personal training sessions, individual or group.
Do you charge a separate location fee?
We rarely need to add a location fee to our prices because we have teams
of professionals throughout New England. In the rare occasion that we
would need to add a location fee, we would discuss it with you in advance.

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates can be purchased for spa packages or dollar amounts - whichever you choose. Consider a gift certificate for a new mother, an employee or special care provider, a bride, for someone celebrating a special occasion, or just because. Please call us at 860.655.1382 to arrange for them. .
Where and when do you set up?
For parties in a home:
We arrive at least an hour before your guests and set up in rooms that
work best for the service type. Some services require more privacy (waxing,
facials, therapeutic massage) and they will be set up in more private
rooms. Services such as manicures and pedicures can be in one common area.
For an on-location corporate event:
On the morning of the event, we will arrive and set up in the rooms we
have coordinated with you prior to the event.
For a party in a partner hotel:
We will set up in your room or in one of the suites. All arrangements
will be made with you and the hotel staff prior to your party.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
There is a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of individual services
to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations of spa parties, bridal appointments,
and group events must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive
a 100% refund and within 48 hours to receive a 50% refund.
What is your payment policy?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, checks and cash. A deposit for spa parties
and bridal events is required to secure your date. We will apply a slight
3% service fee for processing credit card payments.
We can provide quarterly or monthly billing services to our corporate or monthly clients.
Is there a minimum for individual spa treatments at
my home?
Yes, the minimum is ninety dollars per guest plus gratuity.
